1. Is it all really flat rate?

Yes. All of our pricing includes design, printing, applicable hardware and shipping within the United States.

2. What if I don’t have photos or any ideas?

Not a problem! We can help with ideas and concepts when we do the design. We also have a large stock photo library from which to pull.

3. How long does the process take?

Once we have your completed order, it usually takes about 3 business days to design a couple of concepts. Once we are done, we’ll shoot them over to you and go through a revision process on the design of your choice. Once the design is approved, we’ll send it off to production and then ship it out. Most of our products arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 business days.

4. What should I order? What do I need?

Start with the basics: your prayer card and display. This way you’re equipped to have something to hand out to everyone as well as have a professional and branded presence at your table. Once that’s covered, it’s up to your communication style as to what other items would suit you best. Love the web? Then choose a custom profile page or mini-site. Enjoy face-to-face? Then a flyer or brochure might work well. Fan of email? Then our e-mail marketing service will keep you very happy. We also suggest topping off your fundraising arsenal with a notecard to send a 'thank you' to pastors and supporters.

5. I have a service scheduled for this Sunday and have no prayer cards left! Can I re-order more in time?

If we have already designed and printed a run of prayer cards, our expedited production and shipping can turn most products around in as little as 3 business days... so you’re in luck! Depending on the prayer card size and quantity, expedited production and delivery runs about $59-$99, in addition to the standard price.

6. How does payment work?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments on our store or over the phone. Checks can be made payable to Missions Linked. Payment is required to start your order unless you choose to have us bill your Missions Account. To bill your Missions Account, you must be affiliated with one of the following agencies:

7. I don't have an eye for design...do you help with that?

Yes. Just place your order and we will do the rest. Learn more about our process.

8. How can I upload multiple files with my order?

If you have more than one file to upload, you can compress your files into one folder and upload the compressed file. It's really easy and only takes a few clicks. First, put all your files into one folder. Then follow the instructions for Windows users (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7) or Mac users. Once you've compressed your folder of resources, you can upload it on the product page.

9. What are the different coating options for my cards?

Gloss - Gloss coating is a fast-drying, water-based, protective coating that is applied in-line on press. Gloss coatings create a printed product that is resistant to fingerprints, rubs, and scuffs and lasts longer than average varnishes. It is not suitable for writing on.

Matte - Matte coating is less shiny and provides moderate protection against scratches and scuffs. It is suitable to write on but is not compatible with all types of pens and markers. This coating is compatible with some inkjet printers.

C1S (Coated 1 Side) - Treated with a gloss coating on one side while the other side is left with no coating, allowing you to write on it or print on it with an inkjet printer.

U.V. Coating - U.V. coating is a very high-gloss coating applied to the printed paper surface and dried on press with ultraviolet light. The premium high-shine coating makes the print durable and eye-catching, enhancing the depth of color and making it a popular option for marketing materials that need to gain immediate attention. Blacks shine, reds flush with pigment, and all colors are so vibrant they appear to jump right off the page. U.V. coated prints are also abrasion, chemical, and moisture resistant, providing a protective barrier against wear and tear caused by handling and display

11. Do you hold regular business hours? 

Yes, we do. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST (-6 GMT). We observe the following holidays so that our team members can rest and spend time with their families.

  • Last Friday in March– Good Friday
  • Last Monday in May- Memorial Day
  • July 4 - Independence Day
  • September 2 - Labor Day
  • November 28-29 - Thanksgiving
  • Christmas (Week of Christmas)

12. Can you design (insert product name here) for me?

Yes. We can design other materials as well and provide you with print-ready artwork. Send us a message and let us know the specs and we can provide an estimate. Our hourly rate for design work is $60 per hour.
